Job Summary

The Operations Assistant will work under the overall guidance of the Chief Executive Officer and under direct supervision of the Business Advisor.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage the Product Backlog:
  • Define and prioritize features, user stories, and tasks for the development team.
  • Ensure the product backlog is updated and transparent to the team.
  • Collaborate with customers, users, and stakeholders to gather product requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of business and technical needs.
  • Define Product Vision:
  • Establish and communicate the product's vision, goals, and strategy to the development team and stakeholders.
  • Align the product with market needs in collaboration with the Product Manager.
  • Decide which features to prioritize and which to de-prioritize.
  • Provide feedback to the development team on design and functionality.
  • Participate in product testing and provide relevant feedback to the development team.
  • Ensure the final product meets the requirements and expectations of stakeholders.
  • Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
  • Manage changes in priorities and adjust plans as needed.
  • Monitor KPIs and key product metrics to assess performance.
  • Use data to propose improvements and strategic changes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a product that meets their needs and resolves their problems.
  • Provide regular updates on product progress and next steps.
  • Ensure the product is release-ready and meets quality standards.
  • Monitor release timelines and deliver new features on schedule.
  • Expand Parsa Technologies' market size by increasing sales; bringing new clients, services for existing clients, and promoting existing and pipeline products; Innovative idea according to the market needs to be transformed as a product

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in Computer or equivalent subject
  • Three years of experience in the above-mentioned field.
